VillaNaranjos - Granadella [2012]

IMO the best VillaNaranjos track, and has that nostalgia factor for me, because it was one of the first on ASOT 2012, when I really fell in love with this genre. Just a magical track. Percussive, atmospheric and melodic in all the right ratios. Wonderful stuff. One of those newer producers who have a bit of their own to give to the genre. It was released alongside Portichol, which is pretty nice as well - but Granadella takes the cake.

The background melody starting somewhere around 2:35 and fully audible by 2:47 reminds me of early 2000s trance. It's an interesting take on prog trance and feels like it would have fit with Anjunadeep/Bonzai Progressive.
