It's nice to have a place to talk and share music that is not reddit. I used r/trance for many years but all conversations disappear in 1 week. I do like how active it is there but reddit is a super active place in general, it doesn't always mean good. Their remix competitions are cool maybe you guys could do it.

r/trance is a pile of shit I unsubscribed there a long time ago, I only keep r/ClassicTrance

Its just a much better layout than facebook or other (anti) social media.
Its focused for its purpose.

Love the passion of the members. And love learning all the music related stuff.

It’s like. - Someone finds a new tune, By an artist i dont know, it gets posted here, then I learn about the spectrum of dance music and what actually is possible if you love Dance music.

I also learn that everyone has different tastes and has different priorities in both musical likes and the way they are communicated. On that theme I think Facebook etc it is much easier to fall into arguments. ( I don’t have them but see them in music pages)
Just something about it being more public i think and a forum being more exclusive tends to deter that kind of behaviour.
