Ambition is cool on the one hand. But in trance, and the music industry in general, it's best to just do it without any expectations. A release on a label will absolutely not change your life at all. Even a release on a respectable trance label will not affect it much, really.

You make it big in your head. But the music industry is a marketing machine. If you're not part of that, you probably will never be a "superstar". But who wants to be that anyway? Just be happy for anything that comes along in your musical path, and expect absolutely nothing. Everything is a bonus. There's much mental reward in staying true to yourself :)

He's been on a rapid downhill since Grimes broke up with him. We are seeing a man go insane in real time.

Just one more billionaire who does this, like Kanye West.
But they are still tight according to her. She has mentioned that he is the love of their life although, she has had a history of on and off again relationships.

Funny -

My Deb just suggested we put on the Benny Hill theme tune to wake up our daughter!

A must watch sketch. The tune starts at 1.25 but the sketch has lots of nurses in stockings and ace BMX Tricks too!

- You’re welcome.

The theme tune worked. Their UP!

I had my very first court case where I have this guy to a small claims court for refusing to pay me back. He didn't attend the first hearing a few years ago and they sent him the paperwork and I gave them his address as well but according to him he never received it. Lying son of a bitch the guy is such an asshole. Then he found some legal loophole to reopen the matter and overturn the original order that was given. Then due to technical issues I was unable to attend only to find out that the defendant did not attend the hearing that he paid for previously. They also said this as well. It is appropriate to grant the review and rehearing because Progrez has a reasonable case to argue in relation to the subject matter. Now, I have a court case on the 20th June and he has to reply back to me by the 16th March as well. I was so nervous being in that court room.

What’s on my mind?

tonight asot 1000, day 1.

A 6 hour classic set. That’s what Armin said yesterday. This could be glorious.

tomorrow is the actual ‘normal’ asot 1000 but I’m skipping that. It’s all about the tonight’s set.

looks like one of those “reacts too”. Drama milkers
He is a multi millionaire OMG how do these people get to be like this? The older I get the more I am starting to feel appreciation for older things. You name it.

This was the right party to attend. A near oldschool armin giving tracks enough time.

Stuff played like… Between The Rays, Airwave, Superstring, Silence (Tiesto), Fly Away (Cosmic Gate), Playmo, Adagio, Tuvan, Sail, Serenity, Carte Blanche, Universal Nation, Exploration of space (the original), Twisted (Jorn), Let The Light Shine in,

etc etc. what a tracklist!

Earlier i was showing a new pal my studio. He really has an ear for structure of trance music but never made any music in his life. He recorded a few bits with my minimal assistance. It was extremely good!

I think hes now hooked!

In other news….My fiancé returned as we were in my small studio in the flat. Shed had a lot to drink & was very happy!

my pal plays a tune on his phone
- Saints & Sinners: Peace (Excession breaks remix) [Lost Language]

My fiancé who doesn’t like trance suddenly says “I like this….its creating all these swirling colourful patterns in my mind”

Wait a minute. @jetflag ….. have i got a fiancé who gets alcohol induced trance music synesthesia???? Shall i ask her for input on a certain project ? Very strange. Very very strange . Well I guess we met for a reason 😂🫶

Just came back from my first skiing holiday!

Have to say, in just 6h of guided classes, and more hours of me practicing, I can now ski in parallel! That's insane, considering I have never skied before. The instructor told me I learned so much he'd put me in a commercial - if people thought he could teach everyone to ski in parallel in just 3 days, they would pay good money.

The snow was crap unfortunately, in the afternoons it was like skiing on sugar. That made it easier to fall (but easier to stop too).

I like the activity itself too, once you learn just a bit and lose the fear, it's amazing. Definitely looking forward to going next year.
