For me the best Blank & Jones - Mind Of The Wonderful (Director's Cut) (director´s cut only on dailymotion)
The whole idea of that video is really nice, it tells a story. And that classic René Runge and Pieter Blank looking nowhere it was in so many dance music videos from that time.
Here is making of video With: "Blank & Jones - Mind Of The Wonderful!" song in the background.
And another: What is yours favorite video clip?

The Marco V - Simulated video is pretty trippy but also memorable:

Rank 1 - Airwave's video has '90s written all over it:

For a "real" answer, I would say Armin - Beautiful Life is my favorite trance video. It feels modern and hopeful.

Don't know where to post it, so here it is:

I have searched for this maybe 10 years and I finally found a short clip!

'VIVA Trance' was a one hour weekly show in 95-96 at the German VIVA TV, here finally a preview, golden times!

EDIT: Only info I have found about the show:
Another show that presented trance, ambient & techno video clips was called Viva Trance and ran for a certain period in 1996. The presenter was Mate Galic alone. He showed clips once per week every Saturday-to-Sunday night at 0200 CET.

Sort of puts most of the stuff I find great into one song. Blends (hard) Sci fi, Philosphy, Bryan adams vox, and 2000 era trance/dance music in to one
perfect concept/video in line with the message of the song.

So its starts of as a portrail of a future distopian nightmare, in where all and everything must be equal and dogmatized to become mindless drones. So don't think critically, eliminate all selfish desires and individuality, shut up and do your job for "the greater good".

Yet within the propaganda computer dominating the world, Bryan adams as a sort of virus interjects with a message of inviduality and hope, telling the participants, one particular, to: "Don't give up. you know its true you gotta do what you wanna do.

So be an individual, stand out, dare to dream. To which she smuggles out a digital notebook, cheekie reference to 1984, in which she finds herself dancing in the sunlight, without the uniform (read: shackles) that binds her. Despite all the constant thought policing, dogma and social engineering, she's free.

another one, though slightly stolen from an existing animation/film. I find the track/theme and sadness of the whole thing someting to come back to whenever i'm having one of those days. It carries an important life lesson with it aswell. IMO
