I do calisthenics and running.
My runs are actually completely music free, but l love to motivate myself with tunes when doing calisthenics or other forms of strength training.
We do most workouts outside, at the local calisthenics park, accompanied by a BT speaker. My training pals get tracks played on request and we all have fun with it.
I admit for myself, most of the times Techno works better than Trance for heavy workouts.
I don't limit myself to genres though, everything that has the right levels of tension works.
Some of the most effective motivation for me,
comes from Eric Prydz under his Cirez D moniker.
Feel free to share your training favourites here!
I'll start it off below with my Cirez D playlist.
