I do calisthenics and running.

My runs are actually completely music free, but l love to motivate myself with tunes when doing calisthenics or other forms of strength training.

We do most workouts outside, at the local calisthenics park, accompanied by a BT speaker. My training pals get tracks played on request and we all have fun with it.

I admit for myself, most of the times Techno works better than Trance for heavy workouts.

I don't limit myself to genres though, everything that has the right levels of tension works.

Some of the most effective motivation for me,
comes from Eric Prydz under his Cirez D moniker.

Feel free to share your training favourites here!
I'll start it off below with my Cirez D playlist.

I'm not one of the types who get motivated to PuMp ThOsE mUsClEs by music.

Though sometimes I let myself get distracted while running. I once timed my 30-minute run by listening to Underworld's Juanita : Kiteless : To Dream of Love twice. Or Blackstar's (Mos Def and Talib Kweli) and Common's Respiration five times. Sometimes I'll even put some random album on, or a selection of a few tracks. Really doesn't matter, I just run...

At the gym though, whatever is being played. Not the one who wears earphones/headphones either. But I do love me some rap while doing my squats.

it's not that bad 😂

Definitely better than using roids and other stuff that is unhealthy for the body and makes one look weird aesthetically weird. 😁
