Japanese uplifting trance that became famous in the early years of Youtube thanks to trance youtubers.

The "Number 3 Club mix" first appeared in this compilation released in Japan on Dec 20, 2006. In fact, the only version on Discogs is the Number 3 Club Mix, which is probably the version uploaded to Youtube. No actual information on track length is known.

lead is kind a too loud and the timbre isn't good enough for that imo. to do such stuff you need to have gigachad saws (or w/e) which sound good solo.

Hmm, never thought the lead was too loud, but the key shift half-way through might sound jarring if you're not expecting it. After that section some gigachad saws would have likely helped.
I like the subtle "trance gate" as opposed to straight-up Rank 1 supersaws, but I agree with you in that it doesn't sound entirely professional.
Heavens Wire was this artist's main alias, and even then he was only active from 2004 - 2008.

cheerful and cheerful at the party

seemingly people are often connoisseurs, but I noticed that such carefree music reigns at parties, often after 12 o'clock
I am not a professional in this subject, but if the company is mixed, it works
