Holy shit, this is by far the best production he has done in at least 6-7 years. Hopefully he has finally ditched the boring deep trance sound

One thought comes to my mind when I listen to this fragment. Style taken from James Dymond. He is the only one who does uplifting with a touch of Psy Trance.
It looks quite interesting. You can feel the breeze of the 90s and early 2000s. Keep it up Airwave.

I have nothing to say that hasn't been said already, really. Props to Airwave for trying out a new genre, but sadly not something for me.
Tapped the BPM using a tool, which landed on 138. I've noticed that BP has recently been struggling to get the correct tempo info in general, it seems.
Holy shit. I filmed this track like 4 or 5 years ago at a live performance. I asked him lately if it would be released… and it is now! Wow. I went totally mental when I heard this live.

So it turns out that in the past years, Laurent was 'secretly' doing quite a lot of up tempo stuff and none of that got released until this year.
Makes you wonder, doesn't it ?
I'm not going to say more on this topic, but... yeah... Things look pretty clear to me now!
I'm definitely enjoying this track.
It feels so free, unrestricted, compared to most of the slower Progressive stuff he was releasing in the last years!
Gives me Human Blue - Dragonflingz vibes, which is one of my all time favourites.

I like it even more than I did before, based on that short sample.
Normally this kind of beat annoys the hell outta me, but... it doesn't in this track

I'm getting some Digital Blonde vibes from this!
Man it would be really cool to see these two collab, now that Laurent is back to uptempo stuff.

I love everything about it except the bassline. I've bitched about that bassline too much to change my tune now . Psy destroyed my beloved goa afterall. Still, love to see this style form Airwave. The melodies are gorgeous. Maybe I can remix this.
I recall reading some stuff from his socials that he was not wanting to return to his trancey roots for 'reasons'. I guess things have changed, which would be awesome. I would love to see some Nutrancey stuff from him.

My first reaction was a bit of a disappointment... Not that it's a bad track, actually it's a rather nice track.
But for a return of the real trancy Airwave I had high expectations, maybe too high.
It feels a bit empty at lots of parts. On the other side I think it works great on the dancefloor, so I stop complaining
(and yeah, I also have an opinion on that kick & bassline)
