Close your eyes and experience the latest Andy Duguid! 'Be' features the vocals of his daughter. Get up close and personal with Andy.

There we go! Nice track btw :)

The main melody is so predictable and lazy... How many times has that progression been done? Started off nicely though, must say.

Preferred this from him.

I think they can work if its running alongside a strong/interesting sub section and also some details, but yeah you are right. Also lets keep children samples out of electronic.... has it ever been done well?

The story behind this one is interesting. From Discogs:

my buddy tells me that they actually went to a playground and interviewed kids for this track. the girl on here is talking about her younger sister. this 10-year-old's obviously wiser than her years. love the song and the inspirational lyrics. it's got a positive message that isn't cheesy.

...To appreciate what she has now
I think because when I was younger, I didn’t know how to appreciate things
Right now I’m learning by my mistakes
So I’m gonna tell her to appreciate stuff now that she has it
So when she grows up, she doesn’t waste it
Go on with your life

Tbh I had never heard of this track until you posted it. That was one of the bigger melody changes, haha. The start reminds me of Mauro Picotto, but then the melody from the breakdown onwards feels like an entirely different production.

There is a technoish trance song that uses the pink floyd another brick in the wall vocals that is pretty good. Havent heard it in years and i cant really remember the name nor find it ^^
