you're exaggerating here, his album Zero Point One from 2012 had some real nice tunes

another thing that saddens me about this record is Ashley Tomberlin on vocals - ths same vocalist as in the iconic New York City with PvD - what happened to her? sounding so dull here, and that awful distorted 'phone call' alike vocal processing just makes it worse.

Sounds like it would be used for one of the Armada or Enhanced outros on YT with links to other stuff. Agreed that it's about a decade behind in sound, and not in a 'oh, nostalgic' type of way.

Yeah, that's honestly the strangest part of this. In a world where Dark Eyes and Amsterdam exist (with the same vocalist no less), why on earth would they go this route?
