OUT Ben Gold - Xtravaganza [Armada Captivating]

Wasn't sure if I wanted to post this because I have mixed feelings about it.
For once that we don't have a steroid track...
I would have been fine even if he had called the song "Ben Gold - Galaxia", following the recent trend of many artists of not mentioning the original artists in their remakes.
But like this... I don't know. A shame because I really dig the execution!

when i saw it i said Ben Gold? it should be another garbage but this one has some nice elements and that name brings so much memories....

 

[Freezer]

Too simple for me, and its a rip-off of Galaxia, also similar to Phynn - Lucid and almost same like Primer - Everlast. All in all its not a bad track. I guess its supposed to be a tribute to oldchool trance and he probably did the melody on purpose to sound just like these tunes. Its okay, but im not that impressed as some other friends caliming it one fo the best tracks of the moment

That's the one I was searching for. Also mega confusing that Ben Gold has named the track exactly the same as Alex Gold's old record label. Took me a while to remember they aren't the same person.

imo, if it's a ripoff, it's automatically a bad track. How can you rate something that is nothing more than a stolen idea, as "good enough".

Horrible, without even mentioning Primer. Not even the title is referenced to. Awful.

It's 100% "Primer Everlast". It's the exact same melody.

No idea how you hear Phynn Lucid in it though.

Not my way of rating tracks man, there are thousands of rip-offs and similar melodies in this genre. Look at the plucked melody in Slider, Delusion etc...there is like 100 of tracks with the same melody, just slightly different arrangements. It would not be fair if I rate all of them 1/10, since I dont even know who even started it but yeah I got your point. Everlast is better anyways so you probably select that on over this one

Mate. I just don't understand what you are saying. The same MEANS it's ........ the same. 100% the same.

If something is similar... 99% the same.... it's similar... but not the same.

This melody = 100% = Everlast.

It's the fucking same notes. How can you say "yeah but tons of tracks have similar melodies"....

Do tons of tracks have the exact 100% same melody? NO. Because that's theft.
