What's your view on this? Is this pseudo science which is just a bunch of junk. I think Binaural beats are cool but I think the whole part about the Hz thing is a tad bit overr-rated.

It does sound like pseudoscience, placebo type of thing.

Well, yes and no.

it depends on the instrument. tuning to different pitches (not even neccesairily 432 hz) has subtle effects on the timbre of acoustic instruments. It however, makes 0 difference when something is electronically generated.

and seen as most of these 432hz meditation compositions are (for the most part) electronically generated, I'm more in the camp of WooWoo for Hippies then not.

so mostly Junk/pseudoscience, though there is a core of benefit truth to it when dealing with acoustic instruments and their respective "softness"

Well, there are studies out there that show some benefits to doing this with a combination of meditation (ie Wim Hof and DMT meditation) as well.

do you have a citation/link to any of those? Ii highly doubt its beeficial because of the actual difference between 440 hz v 432hz in the final bounce but I could be wrong. Though I suspect it could be that, because people believe it makes a difference, it does. So a placebo.

There are studies for Wim Hof method so that's not a placebo

I found this one on Binuaral beats but more studies need to be done.
