Pre 99 this was a pretty standard club track that would appeal to clubbers and those who know nothing about dance music and just wanted something catchy to listen/dance to when they did go out. Shame there is not much music like this around anymore thats credible.

Why do you think this is JoC? He stays true to his Trance sound. It's Kearney who is moving away.
