For some reason I love cheese trance. I have no Idea why but I just like it. Maybe its because I come from the techno scene where everything always needs to be dark, super serious and "special". Thats why I also love to produce 90s trance, you are just having a good time doing so. Hell, even my name "United Trance Division" is cheese. I for some reason love it.

Post your cheese here, Ill go first:

Acctually very unknown but till this day one of my absolut favourite trance tracks. Listening to this one since my childhood, its an awesome tune. Dont know if its super cheese tho. Fun Fact: "Love Parade Classic Version" is bullshit and made up by the Label (TechnoTrance-Essentials.com) there were also Trance Tracks named "Thunderdome Rework" or something like that, its hillarious.

Cheesy Trance remix of "Now we are free", very well produced tho and a lot of fun. Vocals are placed awesome!

A dutch track filled with memories for me, also very unknown. Heard this one in Shanghai, China arround 2010 on some kind of carnival. The guy controlling the ride literally took the CD out of the player mid right to show me the name of the song. Didnt give a single damn and just stopped the music.

I guess I was "haunted" my whole life by cheese trance.

Greetings

Now that you mentioned Shanghai carnival, its the same over here as you get all these wacky "techno" bootleg mixes in y2k on repeat mode and these type of cheeze are uniquely asian as most of it gets swiped left in europe and dumped over here i believe
Eyeleen - Sailing Away - i really love this one. hearty
Nightbase - Nautica - love this melody
JB Sound - It's A Trip - nostalgic hoover sounds,
Code 46 - Runnin Round My Brain - Manifold guys makes the best cheese period
Shakuhachi - feel good - mysterious song that never saw a release in eu but got tonnes of airplay here!

Yeah you are right. From my experience there are also a lot of very badly produced remixes of chinese pop song which have their charm. Acctually the guy in china wasnt chinese tho, it was some african dude sitting in the control booth. What a legend!

Probably one of their best performances. Well worth the watch:

Fair warning: there is a lot of jumpstyle and happy hardcore

Oh well, let's go!

Obvious as hell but, let's face it, who doesn't still love this one more than 20 years after its original release?

Cheesy or not, let's face it, this one is a classic, that's undebiable.

Cheesy? Yes! Good? Definitely yes!

Now, this one is definitely a classic for me, it doesn't try to be anything that it isn't, it's beautiful, it's gorgeous, I don't even consider it cheesy anymore, it's just so freaking good!

And one cannot finish a Cheesy Trance list without the Queen track of Cheesy Trance, let's face it, this is as cheesy as Epic/Euro-Trance can get and yet, it works like a charm!

Tracks like these put most of Armin, Gareth Emery and Dash Berlin post-2010 stuff and pretty much all poplifters like Giuseppe Ottaviani, Aly & Fila and god knows how many others to major shame! Because at least these guys were not trying to hard to sound epic or euphoric unlike the latter ones who try just way too hard to sound as if they are saving the world from bad music but in reality their attempts just turn out plainly unfunny at best.

an old favourite from Mark EG's Helter Skelter NYE 98-99 mix, produced by 'Torsten Stenzel' and 'Dj Mind X'
