Originally written for a now shelved Movement 2 compilation, Kaleidoscope Skies was immediately impactful with that signature Coredata (almost Platipus-esque) sound; a mixture of 909 bassline loveliness and ethereal twinkling synths.


Helping Borderline keep that breadth of trance styles

Unfortunately putting a project like this together requires time. Rob doesn't have much at the moment which is why this has happened.

Rushing something like that half-heartily would be a terrible choice, and good things come to those who wait.


As for the track. I instantly got Opus III/ Halcyon on and on era vibes from this when first hearing Its so lovely to hear quality music in this genre still being made.

I wish fans/consumers had a choice in this in terms of selection process say for top 3 masters chosen by the Producer / Label A&r (prior to it going on promo of course).

Perhaps this master was prepared to sound in a certain way in line with the rest of the tracks in the mix (as it was originally suppose to be part of the Movement 2 compilation).

Well, this might be even better than the Talking Waves track I just heard. Pure fire sounds and oldskool journey. But I am very concerned with the mastering too, something is off.

Delay this tunes release and please fix it @Activa, it has the potential to be the track of the year.

Loving the expressiveness on this. Definitely a strong TOTY contender.
