Well, I personally think that post is intentionally putting someone down. That's a clear definition of cyber bullying. I don't perceive that post from Kata as a 'joke'. Saying things like "YOU'RE BROKEN" is similar lines to someone saying YOU ARE PATHETIC in a negative context because it was posted in CAPS there was no emoji next to the post therefore it was posted as a means of humiliating daysleeper.
This post I know is a joke I can perceive this sentence from you being a joke.

He didn't insult the forum, he mentioned that the search function is broken. Which is somewhat true because I have found in the past I have posted a number of tracks which have already been posted but never came up when I searched it. The fact that he replied with the same remark says to me that he was offended by it therefore, that classifies as someone being cyberbullied. No one would fight back if they didn't felt insulted especially in their native language. It's not subjective impression or opinion I am just stating human nature here.
