one of the most consistent producers in this almost abandoned melodic prog-trance style with no bleepy synths, no aggresive 'future rave' type of sound

enjoyed Silk Music label for this style some time ago, unfortunately after they moved to Monstercat they've just stopped releasing.. weird

Great again from David! Similar style to his track "Going Home" in 2021 and also his upcoming track "Lore" on Enhanced :)

Silk is still releasing stuff, just under the Monstercat Silk brand now :)

This has become one of my favourite tracks from the year. Awesome progressive uplifting music.

Yes, this is a track in modern style, but let's be honest, no one on major labels is making progressive like 20 years ago, only if they are unknown artists with soundcloud or bandcamp. Or completely underground minimal sound is not for everyone such as Bedrock Records. It's sad, but we have to look for something good among what modern labels offer us (

Well, "have to" is a bit harsh. If I don't like running head-first into a brick wall, I won't keep on doing it hoping it gets better. The world of music is full of wonderful genres and talented artists, why limit yourself?

I like the track BTW. It's nowhere near my TOTY candidates, but it's a good one for sure.
