What a belter of a tune this is! Loved the original (and remixes) and it's great to see DuMonde back in the scene with a modern rework of this anthem.

I prefer the original because of the kick....and im not keen on what they did with the higher vocal later on. Cant say it was worth doing!
Plus the original you cannot skip the intro unlike this 2025 remake. The lead is too loud for my ears.

Wow got really excited for a second when I saw that dumonde are back, I'm such a huge fan. But yeah nah this was disappointing, I mean it's dumonde I want a big fuckin chunky kick otherwise what the hell are we doing here. Doesn't offer up anything new that the original didn't already do a fine job of

I agree...its just not Dumonde if theyre gonna use some modern techno kick. But it seems to be the trend that doesnt stop ending...

You would think as producers they wouldn't follow the trends but they seem to be just going with the flow. $1000 bucks say they will create a dumb down progressive track or chaotic 138 bpm track.

it feels like a cash-in (not that it will make any money anyway) but its a surefire way to get in the BP charts and some DJ support - that Techno kick fits in everyones sets, must be so easy to mix in if everything has the same kick haha.

Dumonde were all about huge distorted kicks, bouncy basslines and huge pads - was their trademark.

They are back. Released "Sometimes" with Talla 2XLC about 2 months ago and they're excited to go for it in 2025. This rework was a great way to fire themselves forward and it's getting a lot of support in the trance community.

Solid tune and if anyone can't hear DuMonde in their new tunes then I really can't help you...

I respect Dan Holden's opinion about this rework and it's use in this era. But as an old fart myself(and prob almost everybody here) this rework is adding absolutely nothing than the original already did! Btw, is this really a comeback as in JamX & DeLeon have reunited again?

It's pretty much just the original with a typically thin modern day trance kick and bass. Hardly deserves to be called a rework

It's already available on Beatport. Love the original. The totally nonsensical lyrics are awesome. Just the right side of cringe. Pointless remix in my opinion.

Well, as an active DJ this rework is perfect for sets and I've dropped it in one already.

Interesting opinions guys. Cheers
