Factoria returns with a cheeky take on his own classic track, A Legends Legacy.

Taking what was the original backing riff and bringing it to the forefront, Dave has created a monster of an uplifting trancer with trademark Factoria production.

Absolutely solid.

Love that Activa decided to rerelease it on his label.

Always loved the Octagen remix, and original is also so good!

So is this Factoria - A Legends Legacy (Factoria 2023 Remix) or something? Or a remaster of the original. The artwork for the Octagen remix is different too. Whatever though. The Octagen remix is really nice.

This is Another Legends Legacy seems like a more uplifting banging version of A Legends Legacy which was re-released few weeks ago on borderline

Here is the original - A Legends Legacy

Mmmm, I think these are halfassed even for 2005 standards. The new one is just that typical sawmelody (sylenth,virus/spire preset?) with really bright climbing the scale chords. I like the "original" better than. The Octagen has that warm mid-bass sound of the mid 2000s but theres really not much to it tbh. Just changed the chords/octaves/effevt on the synth a little. Sounds kinda flat to me overall.

Really cheesy weird track name aswell. Borderline stepping into the same league as these tier 2 "uplifting" labels if they continue with releaes like these imo.

Absolutely loved the original back in the days. The rework is more into steroid trance , but well the good old melody is still there, so I kinda like it, but with preference to the old version :)
Orig 9/10
Octagen 7/10
new version 7/10

I never heard the original but it’s good. I like the remixes too. Will take a few listens to choose a favourite.

I like the melody in the new track, prefer it over the thin-sounding piano in the original version.

The rest of the track is a bit meh however, could do with a remix to give it more polish and shine.

I don’t follow the trance scene much so I miss a lot. Browsing through some Borderline releases. This is a very nice one. I like the grand melody with those notes from low going all the way up there. Very nice release.
