Pizza with mamita's dough. No one does it better.

Homemade egg-white mayo. Had two leftover egg-whites from yesterday's amazing carbonara, so I decided to make something with them. It's great, almost the same as the one you buy at the grocery store, but a bit richer in texture (and with a significantly lower shelf life). So simple to make as well.

But, after realizing I just put a cup of oil in it, I don't think I'm gonna make it again. It's great, just not really healthy.

ugh, too much icecream 🥶🥴
Haha, same here. My brother tried to make some dessert a while ago but failed miserably, luckily we froze it and it turned into a delicious chocolate & banana ice cream. Bit too heavy but really tasty.

An exciting day in Gagi's kitchen. Cut the bones, fat and some meat off some beef (think it's a bigger strip steak) yesterday, put lots of pepper on it, left it overnight in the fridge, and will pan-sear it later, with some garlic & butter, and as a side-dish I'll probably oven-roast some green beans. Can't wait.

I've also oven-roasted the stuff I've trimmed off, added water and will probably turn it into a nice stock.

Diced tomato, cucumber and 2 spring onions, with salt, pepper, sesame seeds and a low-fat high-protein cheese on top. Perfect for this weather, I actually felt the need to eat it (usually I only desire a big chunk of meat).
