This is the Leon Bolier I like. A bit off on some points, and I mean that in the positive way.
That non-conformity is what I always liked from him.
And not to forget, his submelodies are best of the best

Leon is master at his craft, I too think its all intentional for taking ballsy direction with unexpected twists and turns and track in general sounding slightly rough but I like this fresh approach. His submelodies are insanely good journey within a journey as the story unfolds.MMMMMMMM, me like this one very very much

the bass isn't silent, it's just heavily lowpass filtered, but the groove is there.
it reminds me of Purple Haze with its vibe but with the classic Bolier extra twist. overall it's a bit too shaggy with drums/percussion and the main lead is too screamy/loud, would wait for the non-shitty-beatport-preview quality to make sure. anyway it's great to have something that sounds like 'this exact artist' and not another 'it could be anyone' tune, even tho Bolier's been barely guilty of that no matter what style he's making. extremely standout producer, especially by these days standards.
