Is it possible that the tune slightly differes from them the Pure Trance compilation? I didnt like it a lot back then, it was rather empty, but now, it seems like quite cool atmospheric journey...

Its a nice little track. I am a fan of the subtle pitch bend synths and the over atmosphere of the track. But like We're Descending I wish the track built upon itself more and had another memorable idea in there, to take it to the next level. Some storytelling or just more bold with where you could take it. It doesnt need a big melody, but something.

It works very well as a set filler (the good kind)

Yeah filler is a pretty good word for this. It worked well in the PT mix, but otherwise it is pretty stale.

Think I prefer the Lostly uplifting more but if he was to combine the atmosphere in these with that style it would be amazing

Lovely dark bass drum that sets the tempo and the atmospheric strings in the background remind me of Moogwai - Viola. A minimal track but proof you don't need many elements when the story telling is as good as this. Excellent follow up to We're descending, much prefer Lostly's darker material over the cliché uplifting he used to make.

Love those warm pads at the start. Reminds me a bit of Deepbass et al. I think it's a fantastic track, but it's one or two elements away from being even better.

The production itself is refined. Good atmospherics. Musically there should have been more variation. The pad progression and melody stays the same throughout. The latter half of the track doesn't introduce enough new elements to keep my interest going.
