A true Anjunabeats original and one of the artists responsible for the modern sound of the label, Maor Levi returns to Anjunabeats with ‘Save The Last Trance’.

Maor has been a semi-regular contributor to Anjunabeats over the years, but always an important one - he first signed to Anjunadeep at the age of 15 with 'Lital'. Over the years he's produced many label classics, many of which have featured in our 20 Years Of Anjunabeats mix series. His own 20 Years compilation - featuring 'Reflect', 'Won't Say No' and his remix of Above & Beyond's 'World On Fire' - was released in summer 2020.

Recently, he’s released a series of singles on Armada Music, including a collaboration with Armin van Buuren. He collaborated with his best friend ilan Bluestone on two tracks for Ilan’s ‘Impulse’ album, and remixed Elysian – his project with Ilan and Emma Hewitt.

‘Save The Last Trance’ is his first solo single on the label in over two years, and there’s more music from him coming later this year.

Maor Levi ‘Save The Last Trance’ is out now on Anjunabeats.

Cool one from Maor. Standard style from him over the last 2 years or so but enjoyable :)

You can hear he put some work in it, but I dont want to give it to him becuase the overall track isnt particulary good. Lousy title for the type of track we're given here.

I really want to like it, but it just feels somehow empty and soulless. The intro also is way too punchy and has those generic Anjuna farts. Nice try though.

Weird. I was oddly drawn to it because of it but it's not listenable. Intro is all attitude and brass but non of this fits for me. I pulled a few odd faces when listening to this.

The title... Are they laughing at us or are we laughing at them? 🤔
