Quite a rare beauty, barely any info on it. It appears on one '94 release from Nail, but on other versions it's just not there.

Lovely, soothing early trance.

Also known (probably more correctly) as Eric Heyday.

btw from time to time he releaes 'Rare & Unreleased' compilations on his bandcamp

he is still an active producer, I really enjoyed this one from 2022

As far as I can see, it's the B1 on Beeston EP. Somewhere it's labeled as Eric Heyday, and somewhere as Volterage. Not sure how to determine which one is more true.

That S4G in it's own pic sleeve is the orig (and only to my knowledge) release of 'Beeston'. Provided they haven't re issued it as DIY discs.

Nail's debut solo release from 1994, this is the first time the EP has been available digitally.

Remastered 2018 from original cassette recordings.
Original DATs for all tracks on this EP are lost, but high quality cassette recordings were made for every single Nail track done at DiY studio, recorded simultaneously with the DAT tapes at the time of mix down/completion.. therefore there may be a little bit of tape hiss in quieter sections.
