Between the rays is a imo overrated watered down track.. its his prime style from 2005-07 but just a rehashed melody that sounds very similar to his old melodies, and the overall production feel more hollow somehow. it doesnt have the same drive and energy, and as peenuts said its already that simon patterson/dakota/shulz big-room late 2000s styled production.

the intro really sounds great. It started growing on me even more now.

The main melody in the original has a nice sweet subtle synth sound.

In this remix Orjan added another layer onto that same synth. A very harsh detuned saw "im the one and only dominator"-ish one.

Dislike that a lot. Takes away the sweetness and emotion of the melody. Now it's just another EDM festival "screaming" lead.

Im not sure if I ever heard this, but this is amazing man, absolutely love this sound!
