Onto it. Got a bunch of Quietman Platipus 12”s from mid/late 90’s. I like that this is old stuff that has been found and dusted off. I didn’t know they were still going with new stuff too.

After delaying for far too long I finally took a full listen to this one.

Under The Gaze made an impression instantly. When the second phase begins it is extremely nostalgic, swelling and hypnotic. It reminds me of some of the old music shared in the Analogue Relax thread.

My favorite track so far is Open Your Mind, which should be getting more mentions in this thread I feel. This is what prog music is all about, its a simple in what it has, but yet the journey is built in. One of the best tracks I have heard in the year.

It's so awesome to see Quietman return, and how!

This guy (Laurence Elliott-Potter or Larry Lush) is a legend, besides Quietman he is also the man behind Friends, Lovers & Family, produced most tracks of Tall Paul, and also for Tall Paul's brother Daniel Newman aka Durango 95.... or what about the beautiful Freon - Heaven's Gate.

Talking about versatile producers, this man was a mastermind, and I listened to this album and I must say, he still is!
