Alas yes. Cut @ 16 kHz (128kbps mp3). 192 is at least 18 kHz, 256 20 kHz and 320 22 kHz...or so I believe.
A wiser choice would be to request the WAV's to him.

Apparently he lost his hard-drive with the originals, but I am surprised he doesnt have a 320. Will ask him again. Thanks for your input.
