I ran across that file as well, unfortunately it appear to be the 192k track re-encoded as a 320k. Which makes it even lossy-er.
Source: The spectrograms are identical

You're more than welcome ! Strangely enough it's a bit different from the Data Records vinyl release that I own.
Noticed that as well! I must say i prefer the vinyl version, the main lead is barely featured in the cd version. Do you mind sharing your vinyl rip? I have had a pretty bad quality version for years now

Good release but I think I prefer "Lightspeed", especially the Circulation remix also on Data Records.Hello! Do you happen to still have The Source Experience - The Source Experience? Guys anyone got Paul Miller - Galaxy ep in wav/flac please and in return I'll share whatever I can help with 
(I got 99.96% of his stuff in High-res originals, remixes, ghost productions) plus many other artists.
Oh does does anyone know when Armin is going to leak The great escape remix finally or predict when his asot database going to get hacked by some advanced AI flac ripper api and if there's anyway of getting hold of Suburban train Sean tyas classic unreleased remix??

Alas no. But I believe this track is lossy in every of these CDr's. Not a huge fan of this to be honest.
As for the Paul Miller EP I think Memories of Love was on a Trancemaster compilation :

It was available on junodownload.com back in the day in true lossless.
