Ok folks so have your self care techniques changed? Mine have I think I might have to switch to shaving oil as I get eczema after shaving using shaving cream and I have been using it for the past 25 years.

It's super annoying and I want to improve my self care technique as well as I have always put others first.

What's do you use?

Hahaha no worries, an HR in the office told me what this means - at work we used it instead of "refinement".

The misinterpretation of text 😄🤣

I was thinking this could be,
1) getting healthy, or
2) new job or quitting one you hate (I'm the latter)
3) having a holiday or spending time with friends and family
4) or as mentioned... 😂

@Progrez I reverted to shea butter. Keeps the old beard n skin in good nick.

If you've been using shaving cream for years but now experience eczema, switching to shaving oil might be a great option. Shaving oils can be gentler on sensitive skin and help prevent irritation. As for improving your self-care, it's essential to focus on your well-being, especially when life feels stressful. I recommend checking out Canadian Pharmacy Partner for products that support your health and grooming routine. They offer various solutions that can help you manage skin sensitivity and stress in a reliable way.

I actually made the switch to shaving oil a few months ago after dealing with sudden flare-ups, and it works great. My skin feels way less irritated, and I haven’t had any eczema patches since. It takes a little getting used to, but totally worth it for sensitive skin.

By the way, they have the word 'Grooming' listed on here at a big australia chemist here. Its interesting that you guys have eczema as well.

I found this italian brand to be amazing and the shaving cream was amazing for sensitive skin and my eczema didn't come back but it's a bit expensive.

Self-care is so important, especially when you want to keep yourself and your body in shape without unnecessary stress. If you are looking for easy and effective exercises to strengthen the bark, but the bar is difficult or you want something new, here is a cool article with alternatives to the bar: 10 Plank Alternatives for When You Want to Switch up Your Core Workout .These exercises will help strengthen muscles without unnecessary discomfort and are suitable for almost any level of training. Take care of yourself and do not forget about small daily rituals!
