Pretty good melody, but the kick is somehow weak...also the whole production seems way too amateurish to me....but well, there was a potential

Amateur producers get way more attention over at Music Production & Mixing. So if it is feedback you want, you should consider posting there, because this section is still very much overcrowded.
I wouldn't have found this track had you not commented here.

Anyways, I think the kick is just fine. I like how the track has just enough elements in true old-school fashion. It's a bit simple, but it works.
Unfortunately, the melody is... meh. Wouldn't say it's exciting. The sudden transition 5 minutes in felt awkward.

edit: Ditto for Beauty of Asia. It's just not exciting and feels precisely like a weak release from 2000.

edit2: Moonflower and Flightmode were much more interesting.

4 oldschool-styled tracks fom me, although I'm not a professional, I still tried to represent the oldschool style and bring some new ideas at the same time) And I have also started vinyl crowdfunding campaign (not for money, just to keep the authentic atmosphere)))

Personally bro I love the track and the piano is amazing. Definitely needs work on the mixing. See some pretty negative comments here not very nice all you need is constructive criticism, I wish I had the same when I started out.:whistle:

Please make some more classic vibe stuff thats my jam :D

Rice Field - i like the old skool nature of the kick and percs, and that double clap. The piano sample is pretty bad though, wish you had used a better quality one or built the automation on it - wouldve like to have heard some synths coming in later to copy that melody. Better than i lot ive heard though!

All your tracks have great potential, and in fact I enjoyed them all. Maybe it's just the mixing that preventing them to moving to that next level, to make things more fuller, richer, impactful etc. The piano in Rice Field is a good example, which feels a little thin. But honeslty its not that far off and still sounding nice. You got a great classic feel and the track ideas are good. I would easily buy this if they had pro-mixdowns.

I know that mixing is not my strongest side. I'm more on making beautiful and a bit sorrowful melodies. I wish there was sb who would remix my tracks(

Besides, these are my first tracks so it is pretty natural that they won't be 'professional', especially from 18 yo teenager 😅
