Not too fond of how the off-beat main melody works. Needs some more magic, more prominent counter-melodies/pads. The main melody might be too much in focus here, and it's very very simple.

Otherwise sounds pretty nice. Will check out the full thing once out.

Agreed but at the same time I'm getting some Airwave (Lolo) vibes. Could be very interesting still.

This is actually nice. Not many (almost non)modern tracks evoke that sentimental feeling anymore but this touches on that. I dont think it needs to be more complex.maybe he melody itself is a little montone/simple but it kinda works. It already has several things layered when it takes off. Not sure what else it could do. Listening on phone speakers now so will have to listen on hps asap to properly judge.

Its maybe a bit flat overall. Thats the finesse part modern productions often lack. And it kinda reminds me too much of an OG track so it feels slightly cheap in that aspect.

I love everything apart from the piano main melody. The atmosphere, pads and layering is fantastic and just has a great vibe. But the piano is too simply executed with its melody and it becomes distracting from all the good stuff. The actual sound of it is nice, but needed much more subtle or clever approach.

Have to agree with you. Piano should be a bit more subtle indeed. For the rest a lovely track with lush pads!
