The worst part when creating this post is actually deciding which track to choose; You could honestly pick any Smith & Pledger track - these two were the masters of melodies on Anjunabeats some 15 years ago and this track surely prooves it.

Smith & Pledger - Forever

But as said before, I could have picked their remix of Amsterdam, White, Northern Lights, Believe, Hi Jack, Day One and so on and so on. My God I miss these two

Hell, Brazil
featuring Carrie Skipper.

Amazing song indeed! One of my favourites, back then I used to think it was an A&B song featuring Justine.

Lovely vocals and awesome track in all the possible ways.

Smith & Pledger were indeed the masters of Anjunabeats back in the days. So many legendary tunes.

Thought it was a later Anjuna release. Put in motion the change to the uplifting clean sound

Though I like the original, I'm personally the biggest fan of the Aspekt mixes (both the Vocal and the Dub). A bit darker than the source material, and released a little later. (Aspekt is Oliver Smith & Mark Pledger):

Aspekt Vocal Mix (in some places just Aspekt Mix)

Absolute sucker for this one. Just listen to how nice the kick is in the Aspekt mix. It's so nice that there are times you cant even hear it. Yes I mean that. It gets swallowed up with the bass and the general mix like they are all inseparable layers and complementing each other perfectly. The hats are just delightful. There is no big melody, just sweeping and bleeping and it's more memorable than some massive riff. Were they making tracks like this on hardware or 100% software?

Aspekt mix one of my fav tracks all time, and I'll take the dub or vocal. As DS said, just great opener for Vol. 2
