Really liked this track by The Blizzard, very groovy.

I'm surprised it hasn't been posted here.

Its a rather nice a quirky tune but i have to say this haha, it sounds a bit handicapped/weirdly robotic, both in execution and overall feel. The drums/bass feel like theyre really struggling to move forward in a smooth/groovy type of way. Like its in a halt. Its like its a couple bpms too slow and its needs a bit more groove/drum fills. It feels like its trying to be minimal but at the same time it really isnt so it land in a no-mans land. The more the track progress it switches between feeling unfinished/too simple and just being a quirky one-notey robotic tune.

This track indeed sounds quite bizarre, there's no proper groove or direction, just goes nowhere.

I was still waiting for the main melody then the outro started playing out so soon, the melody is so simple and short that it feels like just a teaser melody.. also it sounds very try hard / armature-ish, trying to capture that old Kalopsia feeling by sounding different but the format isn't even trance, it's full on electro prog, probably their worst melody since the attempt on that uplifting release which didn't do too well either.

Sounds incomplete.

I think from overall Blizzards career, I've only heard two or 3 distinctive tracks, which are Kalopsia, Iselilja (dub mix) & The decade (on fsoe parallels).

That beautiful setting and landscape in the video is begging for a more epic kind of track to go with it....
