Old underground hymn from 1999. The producer behind this is long dead and the project quickly faded into obscurtity.
It's progressive trance at its best, ahead of its time and from ...ha, Germany. And no: There is no Timo Maas and no Andry Nalin involved, it was an relatively unknown producer.

The melody is indeed .....from another universe. It's too good for Earth.
Maybe you know the label behind these two tracks (Planetary Consciousness). Not unknown in the 90s/2000s Progressive scene.

What a stunner. You've posted a lot of obscure old tracks that I've not heard. Planetary Consciousness was a quality deep/prog trance label so not surprised this is good.
