Rewatched 2 seasons of Bluestone 42, and damn, it might be one of my favourite (casual/comedy) series. It's just hilarious, although, as any comedy series, it gets less funny and more predictable as the seasons go by.

Also rewatched the first two seasons of Ultimate Force. A bit gritty, which I like, but constantly screws it up with inaccuracies. The only possibly realistic element of it is the private lives of them. It doesn't glorify these people (SAS), it clearly isn't a recruitment type of series (unlike the US counterparts). It shows their troubled backgrounds (violence), troubled family lives, troubled relationships, PTSD etc. I think these were all spot on. The drama feels very real, and I don't think I've seen anything like it since. It depicts the characters very well, and bad shit happens to them...at first.
But whenever a gun shoots, it all goes to hell. As the series went on, they have increasingly reached for the spectacular missions, improbable plans and never-ending shooting scenes with lots of bullets. So much so that I (again) couldn't go past season 2. And it's a shame, it had some potential.
