OMG Ive just had a ‘whole’ nights sleep!
I’ve just slept until 7am when our alarm goes off. I never do that. Usualy I wake up far too early and am very tired during the day because of it.
That’s Wonderfull! 🙂🙂🙂

This isn’t actually a response to your post @mynameispengyu (I came here to post this then saw your comment above)

Like today…I sometimes get very mild shoulder pain for no apparent reason. I usually start thinking. What am I upset about? I often think there must be a link between body & emotions on the health front. Not always popular as It’s a difficult to prove area / approach but this puts it nicely.

Been off sick for 3 weeks now. Anxiety. My GP was supposed to do a referral to psychiatry 3 weeks ago but never replied to psciatry department when they asked for more info. Hence. No referral has been achieved yet. Its just sat there not being actioned on. Does someone have to be at the top of a cliff to get action done or something??? (Just to emphasise incase anyone interprets that wrongly… that was a joke…I’m far from suicidal)

The GP in question is calling me today. Not my normal GP, she would have sorted it. I just hope the phone call isn’t a big sorry, sorry sorry etc. . I don’t care, I just want counselling so I can work. … Alternatively I want to do different work so that I can earn money in a way I don’t dred. But jobs usually involve managers. I fail on that point.

psciatry department
Used to work in one of those as an odd-job to pay for college back in the day.

some wierd encounters there:

me: *cleaning a man's room,
man: "Hey! You!.. doctor!"
me: "yes sir?"
man: *grabs my hand " How do I find myself again?"
me: Dunno man, But if you have a sec, i'll do a good sweep under the bed to see if maybe you're there.
man: *blinks for 2 seconds, Lols, and walks out the room laughing.

Thats a great story mate 😆.
Funnily enough my local convenience store think I’m ‘half’ a doctor. They see me in my NHS uniform and ask what I do. They didn’t understand… thus thinking I was a doctor. They concluded I am ‘half doctor’… I just said yes as had been trying to explain a while. Off-course I understand the translation troubles, and am compassionate about those troubles… so it’s cool… but it does tickle me a little being half a doctor. Now it’s my nickname with my family sometimes.

my day so far, and its good....

Woke up 4am. 3.5 hrs sleep...but i feel great! Twas a full moony last night after all (Aye! :))
I believe im full of beans as last night I was discovering further revalations about the synestete mind. Complex activity compared to most 'normals' ha!
And its showing me why Ive struggled a lot in life...., but also revealed my secret weapons... :).
It is a Nurodivergeance and like all nurodivergeances its a bit different. It isn't just multi sensory, God damn it, the brain is more active and probably why I dont ever stop thinking and processing loads of stuff simultainiously. I think alternatively! - which I now realise is Cool (always secretely thought it anyway).
Worry not, you dont have to have synesthesia to be weird (ie-Cool) but it helps.:ROFLMAO::LOL:.

Music wise, I will use studio monitors soon (not just headphones). Discussed acoustic panels with old wifey, ive worn her down :D... she gave in im getting them pronto. ..as long as i can store them when not using them in my studio.
Theres a bed in the spare room (my music studio). An ottoman, lots of storage
,...ive just achieved a space where the panels will sit after every session where speakers/studio monitors are used. I used to use speakers in my old flat for 6 months. it really helps and brings a different dynamic to the sound.
Reverberation in my studio meant no bass and a watery sound with everything. Hence i only used headphones. Cant wait to cure that.

Oh and ive found a much faster approach to completing tracks. its so much fun compared to laborious over tuning of details that were fine in the first place. ive also found a beautiful way of doing automation, (geek talk for : adjusting fx levels multiple times and ways during the journey of sounds in a song)

Coolio
Enjoy your day.

The kids are away this weekend(sleep over at my sister's place) Some time alone with the mss. Tough ride relationship wise for a very long time. Feels a little bit awkward but after almost 20 years it still gives a sort of satisfaction. No demanding kids gives some peace all together. A beer a glass of wine and the perfect opportunity to spin some vinyl gems(Sting solo albums🥰) Although it's mostly "koetjes en kalfjes" and family related stuff, it feels comfortabele. Cheers🔥

Had the same thing last weekend, spend 500 ek on a suite with sauna/ whirlpool etc.

first time just the two of us in 4 years, figured I could waste some savings on that

Just seen this.
I assumed it was an old 12 inch record.(vinyl)
Then thought. Oh Is Airwave making Music software (compressors) now? How cool!
nNo its none…it’s an Air compressor lol.
my dad had one like that.

( funny front cover for a trance track anyway 🤔🙈)
It's a vacuum cleaner and I took it as I was driving past a store and I thought it was funny hence why I took it.

Ha! Now I’m really confused 🤷‍♂️
@Progrez … are you too?

🏃‍♂️Bobby googles airwave record covers…🥸🥸
What @SleepyBuddah mention might be a photoshopped art cover. This is the real deal below a vacuum cleaner
