The Piano
A much nicer subject.
@Hensmon ( i think youl find this fascinating as an insight into learning music)

Lucy, the 13 year old blind, neurodivergent girl (including very extreme learning difficulties) who made me (Bobby Shooomer) think about music differently.

Trust me, you’l be in a state of wonder.

The most beautiful thing I've seen for a long time.

Click this link, read, play the videos then google the final of the show or search tv services and watch it.
Youl be speechless for a long time -(the worlds best pianist Lang Lang was)

T’s a bit wierd yeah especially given the guys age.. but the man’s an adult, he can do with the mannequin as he pleases.

That said I can string a list of things together that are more harmful to do when coping with a breakup, and I’m speaking from experience.

what I find probably the most off is his willingness to go full media attention on this…
Once again, he is using a way to feel good about himself. He is probably not joking.

Man, over here the education system is so far behind compared to other countries.

Japan :ROFLMAO:obviously.

I disavow completely by the way, But this did made chuckle against my will.

Apparently, some bloke in the US ordered a custom made Greta Thunberg sexdoll to put on Craigslist for whoever is willing to pay:

The doll will be custom programmed to, upon "entering" say things like "pump me full of carbon daddy" and "how dare you!"

Jesus H. CHRIST

God if anyone actually does that to her image I hope she'd have grounds to sue them into oblivion

I met a guy in college from Singapore who, after graduating, pursued a PhD program at a top university and graduated in about three and a half years. Normally a PhD takes five years, so completing it in three and a half is just insane.

Andrew Tate's been released from jail, indicating that Romania could no longer justify keeping him detained. There's probably not enough evidence to convict him, so chances are he will get away scot free (since he did not commit a crime?)

We will see a lot more fragile masculinity in full display real soon.

Well chuffed!

Yesterday i started a ‘modern style’ of trance/house track I've been trying and failing with since re - starting music production 3 years ago.

Think I'm getting close now to a style i love but could never get going. According to friends Everything sounded 90s when I’ve tried it before. ( which when you’re attempting a modern sound and everyone says,” nice , very 90s” isn’t exactly what i wanted to hear) They haven’t said it about this . One said. “Wow, you’re sound is evolving “. Chuffed i am.

will post the track in a thread when nearly finished.

A nice bit of needed hope, as
currently my health is poor as finding work a struggle with my Long Covid and Iron deficiency issues. Energy issues wise thats a huge punch to ones Solar plexus . Double whammytastic!!!! 😂🙃😬😬

Some proper crisis in the company. They took our weekly football session and are killing off some of the more meaningless benefits...plus I found they laid off 7 people today and yesterday. Who knows when and where it will stop. This is gonna set back the company's development and plans quite a lot.

I'm not shitting the pants just yet but I do feel some slight unease in my stomach.

EDIT: After hearing some more news I probably shouldn't have, there is something happening inside my colon now.

Thanks man - I think I'm safe for at least a month or so - and generally, I expect at least 10 people would to have to leave before me if it comes down to that. But that's if people start getting fired instead of everyone taking a huge pay cut and decreased work hours.

I've already started browsing the job market for a bit, but I'm also not very optimistic about that.

I just found out that the Samsung earbuds I've been using for the past SIX months have actual controls. That is why when I tap them once, the tracks stops, or when they randomly switch from ambient sound to noise-cancelling :/

Lol I don't know why I was never curious about that. Also found out that I could set the EQ to "bass boost", which sounds so much better for the genres I listen to

I love their touch controls! Very practical, almost never have to get my phone out of the pocket.

Had another scare of pericarditis and myocarditis all of the symptoms of a heart attack where I had a stabbing pain in the heart but it got worse as soon as I started breathing in and out and the pain kept on getting worse and worse. I was rushed to the Emergency Department with a irregular heart beat and then spent a few days in Sydney and Canberra. Melbourne is a far better city. I went on a ferry ride for the first time.

Not really, I can still feel a slight discomfort and have a irregular heartbeat for the moment. It's a reoccurrence from 2019. Funnily enough it's been 1 year since I got vaccinated as well. I did feel slight discomfort after lying down for so long. I am not able to carry items anymore for a while now. I have to take anti inflammatory tablets now.

Hardly any ever since I had the episode back in 2019. I do some light yoga here and there and number of meditation exercises and do some walks to nature parks if I can go. Ever 2 weeks I go out to connect with nature if the weather permits. Although, it might become less frequent now that Winter is coming. I do some light weights but I need to check with the doctors in 4 weeks if it's ok for me to do cardio and weights again.

I had to be monitored for an entire night and sleep on the chair because they didn't have enough beds. It was pretty awful experience. I had to take a number of codeine and ibuprofen tablets to ease the pain and they injected some kind of saline as well. I was also given colchicine which I have to take over 6 weeks. They told me that it was a reoccurrence of Pericarditis and Myocarditis episode for the first time for the Myocarditis.

I had also 2 ECG tests, Covid Test, Xray, Ultrasound, 2 blood tests and a number of blood pressure and blood test
