That is so much going on mate. So much. I very much wish you well and hopefully soon there are indications that things are improving. All the best chum.Hardly any ever since I had the episode back in 2019. I do some light yoga here and there and number of meditation exercises and do some walks to nature parks if I can go. Ever 2 weeks I go out to connect with nature if the weather permits. Although, it might become less frequent now that Winter is coming. I do some light weights but I need to check with the doctors in 4 weeks if it's ok for me to do cardio and weights again.
I had to be monitored for an entire night and sleep on the chair because they didn't have enough beds. It was pretty awful experience. I had to take a number of codeine and ibuprofen tablets to ease the pain and they injected some kind of saline as well. I was also given colchicine which I have to take over 6 weeks. They told me that it was a reoccurrence of Pericarditis and Myocarditis episode for the first time for the Myocarditis.
I had also 2 ECG tests, Covid Test, Xray, Ultrasound, 2 blood tests and a number of blood pressure and blood test
