I wanted to say Belgium because of Airwave, but you got me there... Banco is one of my favs. But not really a trance producer though - maybe one or two songs, but that's it.Banco De Gaia
You forgot DJ Shah, DJ wag, DJ Dag, Rolf Ellmer (Jam El Mar), Markus Löffel (Mark Spoon), Mijk van Dijk, ofc Germany: Eye-Q artists, Humate, Oliver Lieb, MFS artists, Resistance D., Cosmic Baby, Superstition artists, Ramin, Van Bellen..
also guys from Italy, Sweden, France and UK did a great job
is there any 'Trance' from the Netherlands 91-96?
I have never heard a good track from 'Shah'You forgot DJ Shah, DJ wag, DJ Dag, Rolf Ellmer (Jam El Mar), Markus Löffel (Mark Spoon), Mijk van Dijk,
I'll have to get back to you about Netherlands.
His magic island mixes were really nice. You didn't like beautiful (Instrumental Mix) by him or Global Experience?I have never heard a good track from 'Shah'
'Wag' was in his peak produced by 'Martin Roth' aka 'Y.O.M.C', he is not a producer
'Dag' is a legendary dj, not a producer
same goes for 'Marc Spoon'
'Jam el Mar' and 'Mijk van Dijk' yes
'Aurora Borealis - Milky Way' or 'Lunatic Asylum - The Meltdown' were big 'Trance' records from France, also maybe everybody knows 'Blue Planet Corporation' or 'Emmanuel Top' who produced 'B.B.E. - Seven Days and One Week'Is France surprisingly low in 'trance heroes' ? Was it ever popular there?
BTW....I always thought that Jonas Steur came from Belgium(Holland is a region in The Netherlands, but I guess we did this ourselves with ‘hup Holland hup’ etc. )
Anyway, these four countries have been responsible for the biggest in the scene. A great achievement if you think of it.
If I look at my own taste I’d say NL, with Tiësto, Rank 1, Ferry. And lots of second generation artists like Steur, ReLocate, Bolier, Marcel Woods, Marco v, Ernesto v Bastian, phynn, Richard durand.
But you can make great lists from all these countries.
Oh according to wikipedia you are right. A great name for the Belgian list then.Belgium
