Dare I say I may actually be interested in checking their new album out?

I personally haven’t listened to much of above and beyond Persistently after they changed their style back around 2011/2012. However, some of the more recent tracks do appear to have hints of their older style attached to them. I’m hoping their New album will lean more into the style and than their more mainstream/2.0 style. We will see.

Guys are playing on Coachella, there was already one new ID with Zoë and two new things with Richard Bedford, this album will be great ✌️

PS. And a title track with Justine Suissa  ❤️

Hell, Brazil
Bigger Than All Of Us is probably one of their best tracks with Justine since... god knows how long.
Even though it sounds like Deadmau5 - Brazil (2nd Edit) near the buildup. Also, some chord stabs @ 52:00 remind me of Prelude!

I also dare to say I am intrigued of this release. With both We Are All We Need & Common Ground I was positively surprised when hearing them. Sure it was pretty much pop trance (dance?), but in album length that style and those tracks worked surprisingly well. Even to the point where I decided to purchase Common Ground despite disliking many of their releases of the time (IMO extended versions were usually worse with those basslines...).

I haven't listened any of this stuff yet, but I will check this when it comes out.

[Zero Gravity (A&B Remix)]

Feels like a bad attempt at Big Room

There's more but I honestly dislike the sound so much I can't remember at the top of my head.
That's crazy cause Zero Gravity is one of the best post-uplifting tracks they've done. Takes inspiration from older stuff* and legitimately transforms it into something contemporary. (*Yves Deruyter - Back To Earth (Rave Mix) / 808 State - Cubik). There was a short while from 2013 to 2015 where they were releasing one instrumental club track that I loved each year and I was hoping that trend continued, but it didn't :(

The electro intro sounds like a more subtle and refined "Peace of Mind" too which is an upgrade. I think the Prelude chords might be a straight up sample of themselves XD

Anyway, as for the Coachella debuts, nothing is jumping out at me that I absolutely love, but it already sounds so much better than WAAWN and Common Ground.
