Yeah 'Soft (dreamy) trance' is Aeon Shifts current signature sound, so it would be hard to please everyone with this style over and over, I also hope they change it slightly, add more counter melodies/plucks or additional tension elements, few more percs on top, however this is currently their cleanest sounding track as of yet.

This was an ID in one of the recent Pure Trance episodes. Love what these guys have been doing lately.
Agree its more on the softer side compared to recent releases, but they have nailed the dreamy sound.

Yeah it needs something more to take it great instead of just good or good+. Not bad though.

Might be the kick & high hats placements & presence (volume wise), Kick sounds too flat-ish-boomy needs more texture/refinement/character to it (slightly brittle/sharp/ 1 dimension sounding) to my ears after the initial excitement wore off a bit, specially for this type of melodic dreamy trance as it requires proper driving elements for it to take off to the next level. Lets see.

Needs more sub bass presence too i reckon.
