I saw a vid on Alice Yalcin Efe’s channel about this the other day and it made some interesting points.
Comparisons with how the rise of the DAW and switch from analogue to digital workflows was met with a lot of resistance from the older crowd.
Ultimately AI is moving into the creative space faster than we can work out how to effectively use it as artists. It’s creating huge waves in areas such as copyright and the idea of artistic ownership.
But it will continue non-the-less and I think as an artist you have to either work out how to adapt and include the new tech into your workflow or be left behind.
