It's blatantly going for a kind of stadium/big gig type of sound. So I'm pretty certain no matter which title has been given, it would, is receiving more attention than anything he made in a longer while, including the more ambitious stuff. That attention overweighting criticism big time, cause strict classic fans are a minority.
It's the kind of style that's guaranteed to be successful in partly more mainstream orientated audience. It's not designed for ultra orthodox Trance fans.
Myself preferring the classic and more ambitious sound, I still have no reason criticising it, since it actually has hit the intention/target very well.
As long as I know it's a one off,
not him going Tiësto, I'm ok with it.
It is far, far away from those
squeaky EDM tunes.
If he'd put out tracks like this every week,
or made the aforementioned EDM tunes,
well that would deffo get a different reaction from me.
