Hey music lovers 🤠

I hope this post does not go against Community rules otherwise please feel free to remove it.

As per attached banner, I'm looking to expand the label's team.

Like I've said via the FB/IG pages too, this is not a "Job" vacancies; if there's a place where people may understand this aspect the best, this is probably the only one, I suppose, hence why posting it here.

My label was born by a simple music passionate and dedicated producer as I consider myself and does require people who wish to share the same exact passion and dedication: so I need someone who will show to be consistent and open-minded enough to embrace the label's music philosophy and vision.

Please use the email displayed in the banner if you or someone you know might want to know more about the project (again, this is not a job position so do not contact me to know much would you earn monthly/yearly bla bla) and about what specific ideas we've got in mind.

*Needless to say the one who will eventually join the team will get the pleasure/benefit of getting all label new releases for free and that's the best pay/reward I can undoubtedly guarantee.

We're happy if we can help long-term members and forum regulars (such as yourself) succeed, whether that be in running their labels, sharing their works or something else entirely.

It's when a rando registers and posts "ChEcK oUt My DeMoS/MiXeS" and nothing else that we find a bit spammy. But that's a topic for another thread.

Good luck with the search!

with a long email address worths having it in a text form so people can copy-paste it instead of typing it, making a typo and then wonder why won't you respond.

overall if this is planned to be a volunteer activity, even if you'll find someone passionate about it, do not expect it last long, especially if the person got skills. enthusiasm tends to evaporate with the time so if you find someone who feels right for your label it's best if in some time you reconsider their benefits, like some reasonable share from the label income at least

just my 5 cents

Unpaid/volunteer, I would only do this if I had zero experience and wanted *something* to put on my resume for a paid position

Thanks a lot, appreciate that! 🙏

Sure, absolutely understand that point you raised. 👍Surely, I'll come up with something more tasty, if I see things are becoming solid throughout the months, although..... (good opportunity to answer to this other post below quoted)
Unpaid/volunteer, I would only do this if I had zero experience and wanted *something* to put on my resume for a paid position

....that suggestion finds me absolutely fine with. But I would prefer first having a proper chat with the one who will show real interest via 1-to-1 meeting.
If someones sees that as a good opportunity to kick start things, then, why not, it's OK, as long as I see some sort of regularity in what we'll be asking for during the length of the experience.

Bear in mind it's not about hiring someone asking them to create new artworks etc, we'll provide them with everything, they only need to 'have some fun' in their free time to deliver it. (oh, no, before someone might ask, I'm not falling for the TikTok trap, never will happen until I will be alive on this planet Earth).

That being said, I again support this theory too, where people might expect to be paid for doing that and, surely, I'll try do my best to make their short OR long experience with us as pleasant as possible.

PS ( @nightslapper ):
With regards to email address, if the address is wrongly entered you would normally receive a bounce back from your email provider. :)To avoid any sort of spam etc I'd prefer people spending that 2 seconds by typing in the email address. In the end, it's really not that much effort to ask, if 'you' are really eager to collaborate with me/us.
