Another parody, right after Euphoria, of another piece by a famous composer. This time Johann Sebastian Bach and church organ (piece Toccata and Fugue in D minor (BWV 565)). I wonder what will be next - they will probably take on Mozzart's Turkish March or another composer.

Using classical music is not a crime.

But wasting super minds like Armin and even more - Leon - is definitely f*cked up :/

You could do whatever and you chose the worst way :( A few days ago, I heard „Desiderium 207” in Bolier’s remix for the first time after years and… it was a quality…

I’m disappointed, maybe like I’ve never been before.

Is it just me or Armins face has actually turned more into a commercial EDM dj in these recent times lol 😆

You know that saying,, you are what you eat..seems like that also applies to 'you are what you play' in armins case here.

The classic part is not pretty to listen to. It's a gimmick in this track. Like... Hey look, how cool did we do this?! Cool cool.

For example in Sensation Anthem 2003, the classical part is very pretty and great to listen to.

It's not the worst Armin did though. By far. Haha.

I'll say this. It should be forbidden by law. Parodying famous pieces by famous composers like Euphoria -> For Elise by Beethoven and Bach Of The Future -> Church Organ Occata and Fugue in D minor (BWV 565) means, in my opinion, a lack of respect for deceased composers who created music on the piano and we need to pay tribute to them. I understand if Euphoria, which is a parody of For Elise, gives some joy. Because the original by Beethoven has sadness and a depressing trend. But this one with Bach in the main role, they really went overboard. It's like someone wanted to parody a popular dish, e.g. Italian Lasagne, where instead of bezamel we have chocolate sauce and instead of Bolognese filling we have ground fruit. Seriously, it ruins the original and adds nothing.

This song will 100% be played at big events like Tomorrowland or Ultra because people will jump and dance to it. But at some point Armin will get sick of this constant parodying of famous composers. If he wants to parody, let him cover old or new POP, e.g. Usher - Yeah! let him cover or this redneck Abracadabra by a certain lady from the US.

Ugh!

Eurodance producer Sash! (remember him?) already did this (and arguably better) 30 years ago. Albeit without the cringe Phantom of the Opera sample.

Once and now such a reworking is heaven and earth. Once no one thought it was a reworking of a piece by a famous composer. Until they became familiar with pieces by famous composers.

You write 'horrible' awful' 'should be forbidden' and so on. But you still give such 'releases' attention with your postings. Yet 8 replies for an 2025 Van Buuren production. You should just ignore this guy because he's not producing trance music anymore. it's just crap and parody shit. so dont give a fuck. Armin has long sold out, he produces just for the big money.

You know, this isn't about Armin at all, but about the collab and who he did the song with. I like Boiler, but with BLR and with Armin they really overdid it by making this song.

What I don’t understand is that BLR is like a deephouse kind of thing right?

And Leon Bolier for a little trance.

How is this BLR?

I've found Bolier to be more Deep House/Pop and BLR to be more festival like stuff, which has mostly been deep house and melodic house but he has dipped into other stuff with that alias like Rush for example :)

Serenity has a lovely classical part and this one sounds cheap. Not that he cares he has over 3000 dumb clubbers in that venue to convince.
