“Twilo Thunder” is one of the many tracks from the legendary year of trance, 1999 of course: Rowan Blades and Simon Noble, from UK, gave birth to the Breeder project the previous year: “Twilo Thunder” is their most famous track, which appeared also in known compilations of trance and progressive music, characterized by an engaging and hypnotic trance rhythm !

History lesson appreciated. Gives me a feeling these tracks, The Chain, Twilo and Tyrantantic were part of a series, and to be honest no one else really sounded like Breeder at the time and since then anyway. All 3 are prog weapons of highest order

The Chain is definitely great, and one hell of a way to start off Rhythm Syndicate.Funny coincidence. I was having a (long) run yesterday and at the latter stages, I ran out of my preselected tracks. So Spotify just randomly played whatever was on the playlist. Twilo Thunder was one of those tracks which was played.
To be honest, nowadays I like The Chain more. Actually I like pretty much all the elements in Twilo Thunder. That melody and that bassline and it takes me back to Global Underground 009. However, I feel bit like heretic to say this as I usually couldn't care less about the track lengths but... it could be shorter and tighter.
