Wasn't expecting to see an uplifting trance remix of this song, especially not by Hardwell
Can't say it's anything special production-wise but I do think Robbert didn't do a bad job at all

Of course taste is subjective, I just wonder if there's a little too much excitement going on with this simply because a producer has made something in a different style other than what is expected of them. Totally fair enough if it's a banger for you guys. The vocal is an instant turn off for me howeverTaste is subjective , I myself have been listening to the Original non-stop for some reason.
Also, Hardwell "doing" UPLIFTING TRANCE? He's the last person I'd ever expect to produce this genre.
Meanwhile people of the likes of A&B can't get anywhere close to the genre even though they built their career around it.
I hear Alphazone in the climax of the instrumental. Not Cascada or Rank1, but freaking AlphazoneOf course taste is subjective, I just wonder if there's a little too much excitement going on with this simply because a producer has made something in a different style other than what is expected of them. I hear Dannii Minogue style whiney nasally high pitched vocals slapped on top of a typical steroid trancer, but to each their own of course.I hear Alphazone in the climax of the instrumental. Not Cascada or Rank1, but freaking Alphazone
hence why i said it sounds like future trance.Of course taste is subjective, I just wonder if there's a little too much excitement going on with this simply because a producer has made something in a different style other than what is expected of them. Actually yeah the original is MUCH betterThe hardwell one is indeed a typical steroid uplifter, boring. Not sure why he would jump into such a overly saturated genre…
The original though is praised for actually sounding quite 90’s without raping those nostalgic ideas. Where pop got slower and slower in the last decade, this is a surprise with 143 bpm.
Btw, I listened to loads of Cascada songs yesterday. Nothing wrong with a portion of nice cheese. There’s more besides trance.
