That's exactly what it is, old production methods with a mastering using modern methods.
It's no easy chore though mate, the amount of hours gone into this one track I'd probably say over all took 6-7 weeks to produce, done between work and free time, I even had my floppy disk fail at one point. Then on top all the video editing, artwork, getting it ready to go live etc.
It was a chore, but really pleased with the outcome.

proper uplifting trance. If I had to be incredibly picky i'd say the lead sound you use for the melody is becoming a bit tiresome in my ears and i'd like to hear something fresh.

but like said i'd have to be incredibly picky.

I think it sounds brilliant mate as you know already. A strong memorable lead melody which I find myself humming away hours later with a nice summery vibe to it all as others have also mentioned. Sure, it maybe has a slightly more commercial feel than some of your other tracks with the visuals / music video probably adding to that feeling too, but it's a belter as far as I'm concerned.

Enjoyed the visual aspect of it too which helped give a bit of story and further depth to things. Worked well

+1 to Magnevi's comment about you being best in the scene. For uplifting and classic sounding trance there is no question that its true. Every release from you I am excited to hear and In my opinion this one is much better than your From The Sun remix. Just sounds nicer in general, less modern in execution too. The melody isn't totally my cup of tea, but could grow on me. Supported!

Thanks mate, glad you like it. Totally get it with the melody which was obviously the influence of the remix it was initially done for. It grew on me and when I done the video for it, it kinda cemented it for me.

Nice tune here, nice mix of old meets new! Considering I listen to a lot of modern ASOT/Anjuna stuff etc. on Spotify (although I have heard tunes from you on there) this actually appeared on my release radar today, so hoping it does well!

Nice track. I don't agree that a harder kick would take it to FSOE levels. It's still go so much more going for it. The track is a tad predictable and happy for my preferences probably, but I will still play this more.

No idea as of yet. Scrambling to get things finished before my studio is dismantled to move house.
