The cool thing is the Bassline actually makes this relatively slow tempo feel fast and driving.

Its just an annoying tune to listen to if im honest. The sound design is annoying. The bassline is annoying. The zimmer synth is annoying and done to death. The meet her at the love parade drum sample is annoying. The little "spooky" melody which is slso sampled is cheesy and annoying and the "gladiator" choir is really out of place. The vangelis melody is annoying and doesnt hit right at all. Am i annoying? Probably.

Will be forgotten in 2 weeks. Its one of those tunes that tries to be different but doesnt build in a way that feels cohesive,smooth and interesting. He just throws in stuff thats feels tottally out of place imo.

Cinematic? Nah. You want cinematic? Cass & Slide - Opera. You want cinematic? Paski - Rainclouds. You want cinematic? One Man Army - The Anthem. Listen to these and you'll see my point.

Mate, this track got you big time triggered.

I want to argue and say it won't be forgotten in 2 weeks time, for exactly the reasons it uses those Zimmer synths and repetitive choir.

Those sounds stick in the head, because they are so simple and catchy.

It's sticking in mine for sure.

BTW, did you ever consider working as an A&T for a record label? I believe you have the right ingredients for it. You know very precisely which sound you want and which you don't want from a production.

Not the Lange I know and love. Why did every producer decide to abandon warm sounds for cold lifeless ones? It's almost as if they all woke up one morning in 2008 and signed an agreement that from here on in its forbidden to use the sounds that everyone universally loved.

Some nice experimental sounds and creativity which is refreshing from a Trance producer.....but i wouldnt say its comfortable to listen to,too many different things going on at once for me,tries to do a few different styles at once.
