Got completely snowed under unfortunately, despite the, what I thought to be impressive remix package (avenger, alucard & facade)Nice track ‘Boppe’. Don’t think I’ve heard that one before.

Hoo boy, what an interesting opportunity in this thread
^this is a compilation I made of some of my earliest tracks, dating all the way back to high school. It includes the first four tunes I ever wrote in GarageBand on my school-loaned MacBook, as well as a few lower-effort tunes I made for myself and some friends over the following years.
^this one contains four of my best tracks from the same time period, including my first under my current alias that capture what I consider to be the "Altair sound".

I was digging through some of my cloud storage and came across this part of a track I started years ago and never got to finish because my laptop died beyond repair.

An old friend from my Tranceaddict days got back in touch recently and had a folder full of my old tunes sat on one of his backup drives.
Some tunes I'd thought were lost for ever (A couple of them from 2000/2001 !!!
So will be uploading a few over the next few weeks - might even have enough to do a mix set of my old tunes
I actually think the Tukan mix still holds up somewhat, despite the ear-bleeding piano
I should definitely do a modern mix of Open Air as well - one of my better melodies for sure!

As some of you may (or may not) know. I took a massive hiatus from making music before jumping back in early 2020.
I'd lost most of my music from the early-mid 2000's and have been hunting down bit's and pieces of my back catalogue for a few years.
So I thought it would be fun if we had a thread where we can post our older material (and in an attempt to breathe some life into this forum!)
I appreciate a few of you have not been producing for long, but feel free to jump in as well.
So this is a track I only recently got the full version of back (Shout out to Calvin!) I'd previously only had a set ripped version from the Tranceaddicts Unite Mix from way back when.
He's also hooked me back up with the Endre remix of this as well, but sadly the file is a bit damaged and skips a lot. I might still upload it anyway at some point.
I was like 19 years old when I made this back in early 2003 and while I knew how to write and arrange music, I had absolutely no clue on how to mix a track properly (as you can no doubt hear)

for me this song especially at the beginning. building is so classic that it takes me back to those years. so I hate this genre. Later also a classic, but the later phase is not that important, you know, the bustard is great. Maybe my memories play the main role here. FROM 1 TO 2.5 is perfect. Later, very normal and pleasant. For me, this minute triggered this frenzy 1-2.25. in this case, the opening makes sense. cool for me
