it's good but as @Daysleeper already wrote it is not outstanding. quality production of course but that's also a standard by talking about Activa productions.
Of course, between thousands of cheap and boring trance releases every week one must be happy with a tune like this because that 'standard' is long gone in modern trance music sadly.

Release is out and my final verdict is extraordinary for the Activa remix:
Sunar (Activa Remix) - this is the sound we would expect from Push, perfectly re-done, the melody is exactly what I like most, the beatwork is smooth, the bassline is massive 9,5/10
Reverence - more darker, atmospheric, spacey vibe, this is also very big 7,5/10

Thanks for your feedback! The melody took a long time to write so glad you appreciated it. I wanted something that sounded old skool but also fresh and unique with a dark edge.

The Activa remix of Lunar is absolutely next level for me. It amazes me how he keeps making original and passionate music for so long already. Besides, I always have a heart for the slightly darker and rawer side, so this track is top notch even for him imo.

I also always enjoy Sunda's work. Reverence is very trippy as I expect from Sunda, with the typical stuttery and sharp arp and acid lines interwoven with softer backing arps. It's somewhat more choral heavy than usual however and I do enjoy that more than almost anything else in music. So, all in all it's a very very strong EP for me!

Activa took it above and beyond similar vibes as Push & C.M.R lost vision type of classics and raw power. Activa doesn't do this often but he absolutely should if he feels like it. Also No way in between is an absolute firecracker.

Reverence is indeed Dark & trippy, there's not a single track i can think of that captures this sort vibe with this much production clarity, perfection, darkness & might i also add, really High res sounding 👌

Thanks for your kind comments about Reverence. I wanted to capture the darker sound of trance that often Seb Fontaine used to play in the main room at Cream back when he was resident, also the more hypnotic arps of Oakenfold in the Courtyard.
